The dollar store had some food items and cookware. Note on the cookware the instructions say the lid is not microwave safe so I'm assuming the bowl/casserole itself is microwave safe:

Two eggs
1/4 cup milk, half and half or cream
1/4 cup shredded cheese
Two pieces of ham lunch meat broken up
Shake of salt and pepper
Put cheese, ham and salt and pepper in your microwave safe bowl:
Stir together:
Now you find your kitchen lacking bowls and whisks, among other things. Using a wide mouth bottle you can make a stirring device.
Froth the eggs in the jar and then add cream and shake again:
Pour the egg mixture onto the ham and cheese:
Microwave for three to five minutes until the eggs are dry looking, you can take them out and let them sit for a few moments to allow them to finish cooking:
